REV NATION WINS ELECTRONICS AND CARS SWEEPSTAKES

1. Sponsor

The REV NATION WINS Electronics and Cars Sweepstakes is sponsored by RevNation Motorsports, LLC located at 1220 Route 88, Unit 2 Lakewood NJ 08701

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Free and paid entries are treated equally in winner selection.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins and Posted date on Website, EST Time Zone and ends on Posted date on Website, EST Time Zone (“Sweepstakes Period”).

All entries must be received before the Sweepstakes Period ends.

5. How to Enter

A. FREE ENTRY (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)

To enter for free, please Mail in entry - During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: RevNation Motorsports LLC 1220 Route 88, Unit 2 Lakewood NJ 08701 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All entries must be postmarked 4 business days before posted end date. Each mail-in entry received will be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entries.  **NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. No correspondence will be acknowledged; request for confirmation of receipt of mail-in entries will not be acknowledged.

Limit one (1) free entry per person per day, unless otherwise stated.

B. OPTIONAL PAID ENTRY

Participants may also obtain entries by purchasing Sweepstakes entry products on revnationwins.com

Entry packages may vary (e.g., 10 entries, 50 entries, 100 entries).
Paid entries are optional and do not affect odds compared to free entries.

6. Entry Limits

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Limit one (1) free entry per person per day

  • No limit on optional paid entries

Sponsor reserves the right to void entries that violate these limits.

7. Prize Description

One (1) winner will receive:

Prize: Item as described. 
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies 

Prize details are determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion.
No cash substitution or transfer allowed.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 3 days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

The drawing will be conducted using a random selection method from all eligible entries received.

10. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 days of the drawing.

If the winner does not respond within 10 days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

11. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped to the confirmed winner’s provided address within 5 days after verification.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

12. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

13. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.

15. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions

  • Lost or delayed entries

  • Unauthorized human intervention

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

16. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at:

17. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of NJ, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Winners List

The winner’s first name, city, and state will be posted at:
Winners Page within 30 days of prize confirmation.
